It is a scientific community institution that is non-profit, subject to the provisions of Law No. 149 of 2019 regulating the practice of civil work and its executive regulations, follows the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and its main field of work is scientific research and activating its applications for developing the community scientifically and economically, and achieving sustainable development goals.
